Nokia will wind down its radio technology research-and-development facility in Hangzhou, China, by the end of 2026 — eliminating approximately 1,600 jobs. Nokia, like its Swedish rival Ericsson, has been effectively shut out of the world's largest 5G market — and the 6G era will now be built by two
